Decision Tool Overview
The decision tool helps groups make better decisions through a structured process. The person who creates the session is the moderator and can control the flow of the decision-making process. The steps are:
- Discussion: Share ideas and perspectives about the decision
- Proposal: Submit and review potential options
- Voting: Evaluate options using the resistance survey
- Results: See which option has the least resistance
Resistance Survey
The resistance survey uses a unique approach to decision-making:
- Includes a passive option describing what happens if the decision is not made
- Rate options on a scale from 0 (no objection) to 10 (veto)
- Lower scores indicate less resistance to an option
- The option with the lowest total resistance score wins
